Nature of Services
Get Maid Easy assists individuals and families in identifying suitable domestic assistance such as housemaids, cooks, babysitters, nannies, elderly caregivers, and other household support staff based on user requirements. All helpers introduced through our platform operate independently, and the final hiring decision rests solely with the client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to clearly communicate job roles, working hours, responsibilities, salary expectations, leave policies, and any other employment-related terms before confirming a helper. Clients must ensure a respectful, safe, and lawful working environment at all times.
Any facilities such as drinking water, restroom access, meals, or accommodation (where applicable) must be provided by the client based on the agreed working hours.
Helper Responsibilities
Helpers are expected to perform duties as mutually agreed with the client. Any concerns related to performance, behavior, attendance, or continuation of service should be communicated directly between the client and helper.
Replacement Policy
Get Maid Easy may assist with a replacement if a helper leaves or is found unsuitable, subject to availability and internal policies. Clients must clear all pending salary dues of the previous helper before requesting a replacement. Replacement is not guaranteed if job terms, salary, or responsibilities are altered after placement.
Limitation of Liability
Get Maid Easy acts solely as a connecting platform between clients and independent domestic helpers. Any disputes, losses, damages, misconduct, or incidents arising during or after the engagement shall be the sole responsibility of the client and the helper. Get Maid Easy shall not be held responsible for such matters.
